Privacy notice
This notice explains what information Better Dates collects when you make an enquiry, and how it is used. It is a working notice for a small service and will be kept up to date as the business grows.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect only:
- your first name;
- a mobile number and/or email address, so we can reply;
- your preferred contact method (WhatsApp, telephone or email);
- the type of help you're enquiring about;
- any optional message you choose to add;
- confirmation that you are 18 or over, and your acknowledgement of this notice.
The website does not currently upload or store dating-profile photographs or screenshots. If you'd like to share these, it is normally done directly with us, for example over WhatsApp, outside this website.
Our web server keeps normal technical logs (such as request times and error logs) for security and troubleshooting, as most websites do.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to:
- respond to your enquiry;
- provide the service you have asked about;
- keep a reasonable record of enquiries and correspondence.
How long we keep it
Enquiry information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and provide any requested service, and is not kept for longer than necessary.
Service providers
Enquiry data is stored on our website hosting provider's servers and, where you choose WhatsApp as your contact method, conversations take place through WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below.
